How Do I Change Virtual Rooms?

You can change your virtual room by clicking on the blue “Connex Me Crown” on the upper left corner of your webpage, which looks like this:

From there, you can select the room you would like to enter from the “I am in/at” dropdown menu.

In addition, you can select your current location on the left side of your screen and a menu will pop up, allowing you to choose where you would like to go next! Visit the conference Agenda page to find out which rooms our workshops are being held in!

Where can I find resources or speak to exhibitors?

Our Resource Fair and Exhibitor Hall have been streamlined so that all downloadable resources are located in the same place (we encourage you to download them all and flip through them at your leisure!). To visit the resource fair, return to the Agenda tab at the top center of the page, and then from there select Resource Fair in the task bar!

How Do I Ask Questions During The Workshops?

All participants will be able to ask questions during the keynote and workshops by utilizing the message board on the right hand side of your screen.

How Do I Get My Certificate of Attendance?

You will receive your Certificate of Attendance via email after the event concludes. If you do not receive your certificate by Monday, October 12, please email

How Can I Watch Recordings of the Workshops That I Missed?

The recordings of the workshops will be made available in the days following the conference. All enrolled participants in this year’s conference will receive an email with access information to the recorded workshops and keynotes.

Why Isn’t My Connex.Me Webpage Working?

It might be because of the browser that you’re using! We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox to access our event. Make sure that the web browser is the most up-to-date version so that you can have the smoothest experience possible during the event!
